SHIPMENT

All our shipments are handled by DPD.

When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 12:00 on working days, we will ship your order the same day. If you order on Friday after 12:00 or on the weekend, we will ship your order the next working day. If we cannot deliver your order (on time), we will contact you within 1 working day. 

What are the shipping costs?
All orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered free of charge. Charges apply for additional DPD services.

Which shipping methods can I choose?
In the Netherlands you can have your order delivered to your home or work address or pick it up at a DPD location. Some orders are delivered with a letterbox package including track & trace.

How will my order be shipped?
All our orders are shipped with DPD or when there are shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium by one of its partners. In the Netherlands and to the main destinations abroad, orders can be followed via Track & Trace.

Always check on receipt that your package is unopened and undamaged. If there is no response, the order is offered a second time. You can adjust this yourself. You can find more information about this service on DPD.nl.

If a second delivery is not possible, the order can be picked up at one of the DPD pick-up locations. Collection is not possible outside the Netherlands, always choose a delivery address abroad where the order can be received.
